Deep clean or recurring cleaning: which one first?

Every recurring plan at Home Shine starts with a deep clean. Here’s why, what it covers, and what changes after the first visit.

Why does every recurring plan start with a deep clean?

Because a home that has not been professionally cleaned in a while has buildup a regular visit isn’t priced for: baseboards, door frames, vents, cabinet fronts, grime in the kitchen and bathrooms. The first visit resets the home. After that, the recurring visits keep it there, which is why they cost less.

What does the first visit cover?

Everything in a recurring clean plus baseboards, door frames and light switches, inside the microwave, kitchen cabinet fronts, window sills and tracks, vent covers and ceiling fan blades. Plan on four to six hours for a 2,000 to 3,500 sq ft home.

How much more does the first visit cost?

For a 2,000 to 3,500 sq ft home, the first deep clean runs $250 to $560, and the recurring visits after it $130 to $270 every two weeks. The estimator shows both numbers for your home before you decide.
