What moves the price?
Size and the number of rooms set the base. The current condition of the home — how long since the last professional cleaning, how often it’s cleaned in between, kitchen use, bathroom buildup — sets the rest. Those are the questions the estimator asks.
Why does the first visit cost more?
Every recurring plan starts with a deep clean that resets the home: baseboards, frames, vents, cabinet fronts, built-up grime. The recurring visits after it keep the home there, which is why they cost less.
