House cleaning in Dublin runs from $115 to $150 per visit every two weeks for a patio home in Ballantrae to $245 to $315 for a five-bedroom house in Muirfield Village. A deep clean runs from $225 to $290 to $545 to $660. The price follows the house, not the ZIP code.
How much does house cleaning cost for a Dublin home like yours?
It depends mostly on how many bedrooms and bathrooms the house has and how much living space sits around them. These are the ranges our estimator gives for three common Dublin homes in average condition:
| Home | Every two weeks, per visit | Monthly, per visit | Deep clean | Move-out clean |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Patio home, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, one floor (Ballantrae and similar) | $115 to $150 | $135 to $175 | $225 to $290 | $250 to $320 |
| Two-story house, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths | $115 to $150 | $135 to $175 | $240 to $310 | $315 to $400 |
| Custom house, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, family room and office (Muirfield Village, Tartan Fields) | $245 to $315 | $290 to $370 | $545 to $660 | $730 to $925 |
None of these include a finished lower level, which is priced separately (more on that below). Most recurring plans start with a deep clean, so a new recurring client’s first bill usually looks like the deep clean column.
Why can two Dublin houses on the same street be priced so differently?
Because the house sets the price, not the neighborhood. Bathrooms are the slowest rooms in any home, and Dublin’s larger houses often have four or five of them, plus a family room, an office and a lower level that a smaller home doesn’t have.
Condition matters too. The same five-bedroom house deep cleaned within a month of its last professional clean runs $500 to $605. If it’s been over a year, with a busy household and a kitchen cooked in every night, it runs $550 to $745. That’s why a neighbor’s number rarely tells you much about yours, and why it helps to compare quotes the same way: same rooms, same scope, first visit or regular visit.
What does a finished basement add to the price?
It’s priced on its own, by size, on top of the main floors. A finished lower level with a bar, a media room and a guest bath is a real part of the house to clean, and it’s the one people most often forget to mention when they ask for a price.
The estimator asks whether you have one and how big it is: under 400 sq ft, 400 to 800, or over 800.
Do Dublin homes cost more to clean than the rest of Columbus?
No. Our estimator uses the same rates across all 51 ZIP codes we serve, from Delaware down to Columbus. A Dublin house costs more only when it’s bigger, and the same house in Powell or Westerville would be priced the same way.
What’s different in Dublin is the mix of homes. The custom houses around the golf courses went up on big lots with finished lower levels, and the patio homes in Ballantrae were built for main-level living with less to clean. Most of the price range in Dublin comes from that spread. The Dublin page covers the neighborhoods and ZIP codes we serve there.
How do you get the price for your own Dublin home?
Answer the questions in our estimator, which takes about a minute: the rooms, the household and the condition of the house. You see a range for your home, and the exact number is confirmed once the home has been seen.
If you’re comparing frequencies, the recurring cleaning page lays out what every visit includes, and the deep cleaning page what the first visit adds. All our ranges by home size are on the pricing page.
